Questions about the studios
Does it cost anything to use a studio?
Exploring a design costs nothing. Our first conversation and some initial research on where your project could go cost nothing either, and when you're happy, a deposit confirms the price, the location and the detailed planning. 30% of the total starts the build, and we agree how you pay the rest, in full or in stages through the work.
What happens after I send my idea?
Send us your details through the enquiry form. We'll call you within one working day. It helps to have your drawing to hand when we ring.
Is my project payment protected?
Trying a studio costs nothing either way. If you start a project, your deposit can be returned up until the work starts, including if it can't go ahead. If you'd rather your payment still did some good, you can choose a similar project instead, and we'll tell you where it goes.
