A masjid of your own starts from £7,500 for a small village masjid. Tell us who it's for and the budget you have in mind. We look for a village that needs one and check where its people pray now.
Build a whole masjid and the name goes on its plaque. We'll ask for the wording when we first speak. When it opens, a certificate of completion with the dedication on it comes to you by email.

SDQAvestments are charitable investments for your Akhirah. Each of these masjids is funded in shares, so people can take part from a small amount. Their published budgets run from £9,000 to £18,500, with the land for each site agreed before building starts.

How does payment work for a whole masjid?
We start with a free conversation and some initial research on where your masjid could go. When you're happy, a deposit confirms it: the price, the location and the detailed planning. 30% of the total starts the build, and we agree the rest with you, in full or in stages through the work.
What if the cost changes?
We work hard to price every masjid accurately. The price you see covers the build, its delivery and reporting, and our own costs. If it's going to cost more, we'll tell you up front and talk it through with you.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, for a whole masjid, at any point before it's commissioned. If a village masjid you've funded a share in can't go ahead, your money moves to a similar masjid project, and we'll let you know.
