You'll see the house go up
Photographs follow the house from its foundations to the roof and fittings, right through to the finished home. If the family is happy for us to, the key handover can be part of what we share. Once the family has the keys, your certificate of completion is waiting in your dashboard.

What does a family home cost?
The Zinda Jan home, about 31 square metres, has a published budget of £7,000. For a home of your own, we start with a free conversation and some initial research on the family and where the home could go. When you're happy, a deposit confirms it: the price, the location and the detailed planning. 30% of the total starts the build, and we agree the rest with you, in full or in stages through the work.
What if the cost changes?
We work hard to price every home accurately. The price you see covers the build, its delivery and reporting, and our own costs. If it's going to cost more, we'll tell you up front and talk it through with you.
Is my home share safe?
Yes. If the Zinda Jan home can't go ahead, your money moves to another project of the same kind, and we'll tell you which one.
